method that is very effective in the alleviations of these issues as

as a excellent technique for stress reduction and relaxation.
Reiki is the foundation of my healing sessions as it is very effective in connecting us to the healing energies of the universe and nurturing us on many
levels. Since I have worked with various Masters and teachers in different
modalities, the sum of all that I have been initiated and
attuned to are part
of the "toolbox" that I use in session.
I address concerns of the Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual bodies during healing sessions. Chakra therapy, Aura cleansing and restoration,
cord removal, releasing past-life traumas
are all parts of your healing session depending on what is at the root and what is contributing to
the imbalance. Relationship issues, stress, depression, anxiety,
addiction, opening you up to a deeper connection to your own Spirit guides
& Angels, removing blocks of all kinds are examples of the type of the
issues that are addressed in a healing session with me.
My Spirit Guides work with me in all healing sessions. By letting Spirit guide the sessions we are able to find the roots
of any imbalances and heal you in a way that is most appropriate and supportive
of you and the next steps on your path.
Energy healings are sometimes subtle, always profound. The beauty of
this type of healing is that it heals us all on deep levels. It
assists us in ways that may take years of work using
other methods.
Session Frequency
Depending on your healing
needs and goals the frequency of your sessions will vary. When we begin
working together I ask that we schedule three sequential sessions, approximately
one week apart. During these initial sessions we will discuss the best
frequency for our work together. The the R's below outline the usual frequencies
that I will recommend.
